Step 1: Sign up or log in to your TrustHero account
- Go to the TrustHero sign up page.
- Enter your email and password or use Google sign up.
Step 2: Add and configure your item
Go to the Items page and click "Add new item".
Enter your item code.
If you don't know where to get the item code, please read this article.
If you have entered your item code correctly, you will see a message like this. Click Continue.
Now you need to add a link to your reviews page.
If you don't know where to get the link, please read this section.
IMPORTANT: You only need to insert the link in this field. If there is any text in the field, for example, the name of your company, the link will not open.
Please paste the link as you copied it, without any changes.
Optionally, you can add a name for your item. Then click Continue.
The name of the item will help in analyzing usage.
You're almost there! Click Continue to finish configuring your item.

You have configured your first item!
Now it will always be displayed on the Items page. If you want, you can always reconfigure it or view analytics on its usage.
