In order to generate responses to your reviews, please make sure you have connected your Google Account on the Platforms tab.
- Go to Reviews tab.
Select the review you want to generate a reply to and click Reply.
Click Generate reply.
If you don't like the answer, you can click Regenerate Reply. You can also select the tone of voice and language. You can also enable/disable signature, the use of your client's name, and the use of emoji.
Once the review is genentised, you can edit it to your liking. All you have to do is copy the review and paste and add the response in your Google account. Once you are done, please click Save & Close.
Tip: If you click on a customer's name in a review card you will be redirected to that review's Google page.
Once you have saved your reply it will be displayed below the review.
