Responding to reviews is the second most important factor of yours for ranking your business in Local SEO.

Click on the Reviews tab.

Select the period and source of reviews you need to respond to.

Select the review you wish to reply to and click Reply.

Select which Tone of Voice you want to use for your response. You can also enable/disable the use of: client name and your signature.

Click Generate reply.

If you are not satisfied with the generated response, you can regenerate it. To do this, click Regenerate reply.

To use the generated response, copy it and paste it into the response field in your Google My Business.

You can save the generated response to TrustHero. To do this, simply click on Save & close.
