How Review Protection works

Review Protection is an intermediate page shown to customers who scan your QR code or tap your NFC item to leave a review.

On this page, customers are asked to select the rating they wish to give. If they choose a positive rating, they are redirected to one of the selected review sites where they can publicly post their review. If they select a negative rating, they are directed to an internal feedback form, allowing them to share their experience privately with you instead of posting it publicly.

How to set up Review Protection

Step 1: Create a Protection Page

Go to Items in the left menu and click on the Review Protection tab.

Create a new Review Protection page.

Enter the name of the Review Protection page.

Add your company logo, include your company name and address (optional).

If necessary, change the texts in the Call-To-Action section.

Customize the button look and feel.

Once you have configured the visual appearance of your form, click Next.

Select under which conditions your customers will be redirected to the internal feedback form and click Next.

Write a message that your customer will see when they get to your internal feedback form.

Configure a field for your customer to write feedback in.

Set up a field for your customer to enter their name into.

Set up a field in which your customer will enter their email.

Customize the form's submit button.

Once you have customized the feedback form page click Finish.

The created Review Protection page will be listed on the Review Protection tab.

Step 2: Connect the Protection Page to your items

Once you have created a Review Protection page you need to connect it to your items.

Click on the Items tab. Select the Item to which you want to connect Review Protection and set the protection.

Review protection is connected to your Item.

Step 3: Keep track of your negative feedback

All negative feedback collected through your internal feedback form will be displayed on the Reviews page.

You will also receive an email notification of new feedback collected through the feedback form.
